About AyFit
Hi, I'm Ayden and I am here to guide you on your journey to a stronger, happier, healthier life. Personally, I have always been very passionate about health & fitness and helping people see what they are capable of. After taking my first clients and completing my Sport and Exercise Science degree in 2014, I knew that helping people, just like you, become stronger, happier, healthier versions of themselves was what I was put here to do.
Since 2014 I have worked with a range of legends including athletes, people with chronic illnesses, disabilities, experienced gym goers and absolute beginners. Now in my 10th year working in the fitness industry, my purpose remains the same, to help you live a balanced, stronger, happier, healthier life through exercise, mindset, nutrition and lifestyle tweaks. Whether you goal is to lose body fat, put on muscle mass, improve your mental health, improve performance or feel confident in your own skin, my goal is to help you achieve that goal!
Trust me when I say, I have seen people of all shapes, sizes, abilities, time poorness achieve great results and have learned a lot about what we humans are capable of. Every single person who I have helped make incredible changes were normal people like yourself. They had their own every day struggles pop up in their lives. They had their own ups and downs throughout their journeys. But, the things that made them great were their willingness to learn and consistency in their training/nutrition even after going through rough periods.
