Booking terms

The short version: book online, pay as shown, and give us 12 hours' notice to change or cancel a scan (7 days for a mobile visit).

Dianella home office scans

A single scan is $50 and a 3-scan pack is $120.
A $20 deposit is paid online when you book. The rest is paid after your scan, by cash or card.
A 3-scan pack starts once it's paid in full. Your first scan is part of the pack, and the other two can be booked any time.
Bookings close 12 hours before each appointment.

Scans are usually $30 booked online or $35 on the day. The price for each scan day is shown when you book.
When a venue covers its members' scans, members book for free. If the venue lets non-members book, non-members pay $35.
Some venues keep their scan days for members only. The venue may check your membership on the day.

You can move your booking online, or cancel it for a full refund of anything paid online, up to 12 hours before your scan. Use the link in your confirmation.
Cancellations within 12 hours aren't refunded, and the deposit is kept if you don't turn up.
If you've used a pack scan, cancelling at least 12 hours ahead puts it back on your pack. Within 12 hours, or if you don't turn up, that pack scan is used.
If we need to cancel, you'll get a full refund or a new time, whichever you prefer.

Gym, PT, store and sports club visits have no booking deposit. Schools are $35 per student.
When a venue chooses to pay for its people's scans, we invoice the venue after the visit for the scans done.
Corporate flat rates are 50% to lock in your date and 50% before the first visit. Prices exclude GST.
If staff pay for their own scans, the company pays a $250 + GST call-out fee to confirm the visit.
A visit can be moved or cancelled online until 7 days before, and anything paid is refunded in full.
Within 7 days of the visit the date can't be changed. If you cancel in that time, half of anything you've paid is refunded and we keep the other half, as the day can't be rebooked at short notice.
If a visit is cancelled, anyone who's booked a scan is told and refunded in full.
Rural and regional visits are planned with you first. A travel fee and a minimum of 15 scans apply.

We can't scan anyone with a pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted electronic device. You'll be asked to confirm this when you book.
Pregnancy, metal implants, plates, pins and prosthetic joints can affect results. Please tell us before your scan.
Results are for general health and fitness information. They aren't a medical diagnosis and don't replace advice from your doctor.

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within 5–10 business days.
