A health lesson students can see

We bring the InBody570 into your school and turn a 45-second scan into a hands-on PE lesson. Students see what muscle, fat and water really are, and learn why weight alone never tells the whole story.

What students learn

Real health data, explained for teenagers

A short talk to the class, then 45-second scans. Every student goes through their own results with Ayden, privately, on screen.

01

Weight isn't the whole story

Two people can weigh the same and have completely different bodies. Muscle, fat and water all count.

02

What muscle actually does

Strength, metabolism, bone health and sport performance, and how training builds it.

03

Habits that move the numbers

How sleep, food, hydration and activity show up in a real body composition result.

04

Reading health data

Interpreting reference ranges and trends, a practical skill for life after school.

Student wellbeing first

Built for teenagers, not leaderboards

Body image matters at this age. School visits focus on health, strength and hydration, never appearance, and no student's results are ever shown to the class.

  • Private, one-on-oneEach student sees only their own results, on screen with Ayden.
  • Parent consentWe send a parent information letter and consent form before the visit.
  • Class totals onlyTeachers get a class summary, never individual students' numbers.
  • Opt out any timeAny student can choose to just watch and learn.

Questions teachers ask

Do students see each other's results?

No. Each student goes through their own results privately with Ayden on screen. There's no paper result sheet to leave lying around.

What do teachers get?

A class summary with averages you can use in lessons, plus talking points for follow-up classes on training, nutrition and recovery.

Can students keep their results?

Yes, through the free InBody app or their own FluxBody account, with a parent's permission.

Is it safe for students?

Yes. The current is tiny and can't be felt. The only students we can't scan are those with an implanted electronic medical device, which the consent form asks about.
